I took these photos out my front picture window (how appropriate!) this afternoon. We have had high winds and tons of snow all day. Right now the temp is 17 but the 36-mph winds make it a wind chill of -2. Fucking brrrrrrrr!!
We are under a winter storm warning until tomorrow night and it looks like it's going to snow every day next week but Wednesday. Yup, winter has definitely arrived in northern Wisconsin and it's not going anywhere for about five months! U.S. Hwy. 2 has been declared impassable between Sanborn Avenue (on the edge of town) and Hwy. 13. OMG! Do you know what that means? We're cut off from Washburn! LOL
